Shipping Information
Shipping and Handling
Order Processing:
We aim to process all orders within 1-3 business days.
Please be aware that certain factors could influence processing times, such as incomplete payment, insufficient address information, or high demand during certain seasons. In these instances, we will reach out to customers via email before proceeding with the order to ensure a successful delivery.
Shipping Time:
Our shipping time is generally 7-10 business days for the United States and 10-14 business days for International Countries.
There are some factors affecting shipping that are beyond our control, including:
- Weather conditions
- Holiday seasons
- Errors by the shipping company
Despite our limited control over these variables, we will make every effort to keep you informed using all available information at our disposal.
Taxes and Duties:
Please note that placing an order with us does not cover any potential customs taxes or duties that your country may impose on incoming packages. It is your responsibility to handle these charges. If you need clarification on the rates, kindly get in touch with your country's customs office.
*Important: Noland Blue cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by the customs clearance process in the destination country. The timing of releasing your package rests solely with the customs authorities, and we lack control in this matter.
Order Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel an order after payment, please contact us, and we will endeavor to assist you. However, we cannot guarantee cancellation due to orders being swiftly forwarded to the warehouse. If processing or shipping has already taken place, we are regrettably unable to cancel the order, requiring you to initiate a product return.
Track Your Order
Once your package has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. Use the tracking number you received to monitor your shipment in real-time in Track Your Order. You can also track your order by entering your order number and the email address used at checkout.
Returns
Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@nolandblue.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
If your return is accepted we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for covering the return label costs. No exceptions are allowed. We suggest you send the product back in a small box or envelope to save when you are shipping the package back.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@nolandblue.com.
Changes to Orders
We are unable to make changes to an existing order. If you need to change an item, we recommend cancelling your order or returning upon receipt.
Because your order is processed as quickly as possible, there is a limited time in which you’ll be able to cancel.

Final Sale
No exchanges, returns or credits permitted on final sale merchandise purchased. Void where prohibited by law.
Ordering
Using Your Shopping Bag
Add an item to your bag, that item will be saved in your Shopping Bag. The Shopping Bag holds items you wish to purchase after you are done shopping. Items you place in your Shopping Bag will remain there until you purchase them, remove them, move them to your wish list, or they become out of stock.
Promotional Codes
Got a promotional code? Great! Here’s how to use it:
- Enter your promotional code on the Payment page.
- Click Apply
If your promotional code is valid, the discount will be applied to your order in your payment summary. You can use only one promotional code per order and find all promotion restrictions in their disclaimers.
We reserve the right to cancel orders if an unauthorized promotional code is used.
